I just tried this 5 mins ago (exact same steps) it shows Hansen as player of the year but the ballondor objective didn't count??

Just quick sim the whole season and u will get transfer request easy

No to get a transfer to a club you need to complete all the objectives that club required for your transfer to see the requirements goto my pro and goto contract and view the club you wished to transfer to or any other club that is the same star rating or more than your club and you’ll get that done
