Its like they had so many mechanics and squeezed them into a single trial when they could have made 2, unfortunately a lot of the remaining player base will never see this as the coordination alone doesn't lend it self remotely to any PUG, but the amount of work you did on the strategy was fantastic.

Last time I tried solo q-ing we failed codg... I was tanking and stayed alive until the end, dps and heals were not there

yup, it's not for casual players, get your character max, get gud and get some friends, and you can beat it.

Draconic aura is probably what wipes alot people, since most dps go solo on each thayan rather than killing them one at a time. Like the corpse flowers in maze.

One more trial that most of players won't play. And those cryptic obsession with tanks... It's easier to graduate quantum mechanics than learn how to tank this trials. And they just don't give up 'till all tanks leave this game. Anyway... After latest patch even castle r. became harder to pass in radq for "regular/random" players in sister's phase. I can't believe - they just can't do anything right. It's not easy to accomplish that to be honest.

It's not that hard to tank those. And trials are made to be challenging. It's weird to ask for an easy trial instead of actually learn to play the class.

these are supposed to be a challenge for maxed out characters! Ppl who are good at the game finally get somewhat rewarded with something they can do and feel a sense of accomplishment when they beat it,

Do the Damage Down and Bleeds count as "Negative Effects" that can be removed by healers? If so a Bard Healer might be useful...

Tested with OP healer - yes, the Damage Down gets cleared first then the bleed

@@Aragon- Nope, thayans come from the country of Thay, so they’re not a cult, more like an evil country, so they’re still just regular humanoids. There is a SH overload that boosts damage against specifically thayans tho

You could possibly Kite him, yeah. But otherwise you ideally need a 2nd tank later on, one holds Valindra and the other the Dracolich.

@@Aragon- Yeah ofc, DPS only need to click buttons and run out of the red, but have no patience for a Tank making mistakes with too many mechanics to follow. Devs seem to think only Tanks need to have a brain, while DPS can button-mash.

trial looks sick when it comes to the looks of the boss and the area. the trial looks like hot garbage when it comes to challenging and new content, if the current teams can beat it(no offence). the better groups out there will destroy that with a breeze. hope i have not waited a year for baby zc 2,0 :(

I have played Neverwinter since inception in 2002. Cryptic took this game far away from the original D&D. It is missing many of the spells, being a warlock it has been depressing not to have the full variety of spells.

because they aren't spending $$. Cryptic says "Free to play" and it is, but "free to win" isn't something they can afford. In order to really be BIS in this game you're going to have to spend $$.

I think the preview server is like cheating.. it allows you to basically get an advantage on everything before the mod even comes out.. so what's the fun in that.. it ruins the surprise of anything they release 😒. Not only that it destroys the trade house on console because everybody listens to you guys on PC and jack prices up because of what they have seen from you all on pc. But that's just my thought 🤔
