Stay on my position. I am a defensive player because I have bad reactions due to having bad fine motor skills from birth, so I can't go Unga bunga or get overwhelmed by it. So i try to go force my pace into my opponent and that allows me for better defensive options than parry all the time. I do parry, but I'm still training to have it on my muscle memory, so in the meantime I stick to neutral and defensive movements.

I usually spin the stick and reposition my hand so all of my fingers are hitting stuff. Some people just swipe across the buttons excessively aggressive and that works too loool

I recommend this approach in a lot of fighting games to players that might not yet be super invested and wanting to crunch good fundies. In Tekken I strongly recommend learning your character's fastest launcher and a good consistent launch combo. Then, whenever you block a low or seriously minus move, attempt to launch! Little scrubby but you can get big damage if your opponent's execution is not great.

Do you recommend a stick for 3rds? i've been learning on a terrible, wireless keyboard using the arrow keys for movement, even though i'm not left handed :( so i was wondering do i get a stick or a right hand mixbox etc? thanks in advance!
