So regardless you have to pre shrink always on all windows?

Minus the quarter-panel sections, all windows will need to be heat-shrunk due to the curve of the glass, even on vehicles were it seems like there is no curve on the glass. Without heat shrinking you're still able to install the film however, you risk the film not adhering to the surface properly and causing air bubbles Hope this helps!!

Why do you shrink the film? Helps with the contour?

Yes! It helps the tint form better to the contour/curve of the glass!

Is motoshield a good window tint?

We don't experience using Motoshield, however we'd be more than happy to try it side by side with ours in the future!!

Great question actually! These methods are universal for almost all cars! The only additional information you might need to search up is how to remove your car's door panel!
