Great video. Thank you. One suggestion however. You need to bring that fuel filter up and snap it into place prior to putting it all back into the canister. Leaving the fuel filter on the bottom doesn’t get the O-rings that seal on the top of the filter engaged. PS where do you find that nifty impeller puller?

Curious, why did you drain all the plugs if you ran antifreeze through the engine? Doesn't opening all the drain plugs save you from doing the anti-freeze or running the antifreeze save you from having to open the drain plugs? Great video. Thank you.

Draining ensures any water is out of the system, the antifreeze is backup and keeps corrosion at a minimum. And thanks!

Great video…vert helpful! I’ve seen some folks that push the pink antifreeze through the system and then pull all the plugs to drain the antifreeze out of the system in the same way they originally drained the water. Obviously you left the pink antifreeze in your system. Any idea why other might go the route I previously described? Thanks again for your video!

Lots of ways to do this, we typically leave it in for two reasons, saves a step, and also people say it prevents corrosion leaving it full.

Here's the puller we used: amzn.to/3RIa5A3 works great for ballast and raw water impellers. Yes, your boat will be very similar, drains may be in a little different location, thats about it.

Just empty until no more water comes out. as long as there isnt pressure in the system you wont have any issues.

You don't have to empty the water in the heather? I am used to a Malibu wakesetter... Don't know if it is the same thing with a Nautique. Great video.

Pretty level in our shop, as long as you aren’t on a huge grade you’ll never have any issues.

I thought the owners manual calls for pulling the spark plugs and fogging each cylinder. Curious as to why you did not do that. Great video though! There is nothing out there on winterizing the H6 engines.

It is not recommended on direct injection motors.
