Nice and informative video bro ❤️ would like to hear more about stream games which needs two game pads and where the older ipacs which just could be seen as keyboards didn't want to hook more than one player. From what I understand you can swich the newer ipacs on the fly to be 2 gamepads instead making setting those special games up. Would be cool if you could explain this, maybe setting up the new turtles or motar kombat x or something 👏

You can switch the Ipac to Xinput. I prefer not to as I usually include 2 Xbox controllers but I can explain the function.

The EG starts. You can also use the Ipac in D-input mode too.

Autohotkey can do anything you're trying to do. It's best alternative instead of messing with winipac software. I found out about autohotkey way late. Automate anything, make a shortcut to anything. You can make an unused button and map it to mute. Just remember to disable autohotkey if you wanna remove that function from your arcade.

Zero delay and i-pac both work for retroFE theme switchers. Xinput mode will work out of the box like a 360 controller.

Hey. I have an unusual problem with my pc where my zero delay encoder works in Mame and also works on steam games but when I launch Mame games in launchbox the controls are messed up and launchbox won’t allow me to remap the controls. This only started after I added steam games to launchbox. Do you think switching to ipac would solve this issue?

Hi, Thank you for the tutorial on IPAC4. This helps a lot. I have a couple of questions. Why do some people building arcades use 2 IPAC4'S for a 4 player cabinet? Also, do you just hook a spinner and/or trackball to USB or on the IPAC4? What about an IPAC Ultimate? Is that better or what is the difference? Thanks!!

Not sure why people use two Ipac 4’s. Maybe they are using more buttons then needed. The Ipac ultimate is for rgb gold leaf buttons. I use usb spinners and trackballs.

Your chain has 36 connectors. I count 42 grounds on the switches. I could be wrong maybe 44 requiring grounding. I had to pass on the pre-made chain. Why pay somebody to do something I can do myself. I used my savings for,Yup! Cold 6 pack of Beer. I'll be enjoying every one of them & if there is such a thing as Magic, I'll be playing some ROBOTRON in a couple days.. GOOD VIDEO. REVOLUTION!!
