A few years ago when I bought a suit for a court date the salesman (who I knew for a long time tbf) started explaining what sort of suit, shirt and tie would communicate the right message. Then when I went to court at one point the opposing side accused me of being disorganised. My solicitor just pointed at me and said I was too well dressed to be disorganised, which made me laugh.
