@@wellwisher_a yes I did, they completely refused the transaction saying that we don't have any records. Then I contacted Payoneer and they traced my money. They told me to contact Jazzcash and show them our email. Even after I showed them the Payoneer confirmation email, Jazzcash still refused. Then after 3 weeks of frustration and not getting my money, I threatened to report them to PTA. They sent an adjustment for my Payoneer amount after that. This happened twice in a row so I stopped using their service. Some of their staff was extremely rude.
