could be there funds on your debit card is not enough as PayPal tried to debit tk check If is the correct, if there were funds on your account and you got that message, send them an email ,or contact their support team they will assist you

@@lisanqawe3065 In most cases you could be over drawing funds ,meaning the funds in your PayPal are not enough, that's why PayPal wants to use your balance in your debt card ,so try withdrawing funds that are in your PayPal not more
