There is a big one and a small one at the MMA Gym I train. Actually, the small one weighs something like 75 lbs. Very robust. They make hard punchers feel weak, they go to tee off on it and it hardly moves or makes a sound and their hand and wrist hurts. A bit louder slap with gloves but like he said, thinking WTF afterwards, because these absorb and steal the energy.

There is no way there is 200 gallons in that bag. Think 50 gallon drum it easily twice as big as that bag.

it is not 250 lbs the largest one they have is 190lbs the benefit is impact on joints , how it feels.. the heaviest one you can lay into it will sway but you can absolute get off 3-5 hard shots .. heavy bags are great.. but this feel great all aqua kind of bags feel the best imo and he did not pop one.. unless he was using a punch knife lol. he has hard shots... uhh not that hard.. lol

I about to buy one for my garage, because i only can work my punches and combos at the boxing gym and i only go 3 times a week so i think its a perfect idea, but when he said this thing break, it scared me because im not going to spend 200 bucks to break it lol, do you know if you have to fill it in a period of time? @@jose5675 I have one in my garage. And they don’t break. The material of the aqua bag is very very strong and you can’t pop it or anything. Unless you stab it or shoot it with a gun. The guy in the video was lying to make himself seem cool. They won’t and can’t break. And you don’t have to constantly refill them.

I would recommend at least wrapping your hands, since the science behind it is to protect your hand (nerves, tendons, etc), plus itll also protect your skin. Some trainers use garden gloves to train. Cutting off the fingers; conditions, it conditions your wristes and knuckles.
