I knead with shortening because it makes fondant more pliable. My experience using cornstarch, was that the fondant would get dry and crack on cake.

And I will give you a little bit of a tip go to Joannes fabric or any craft place that has plastic table covering and get a piece of thick plastic and put it on your table you will not have to use any corn starch/sugar or shortening to roll out your fondant

Hablan mucho!!! Aparte, salen los subtítulos en español, tardas más tratando de traducir al español cuando en realidad ya lo estamos leyendo en español. También tardas mucho explicando cosas que él ya explicó mientras lo hacía, entonces vuelves a repetir. Aparte, se divagan mucho, vayan al punto si no el vídeo se hace tedioso. I put these cakes in fridge too so it hardens the fondant in it's place. In other words, so when it's soft, it remembers it's address.😀

I think you could’ve worded that differently regarding when you see cakes that are done crazy they’re most likely fake because that’s not the case at all. I am a home baker along with a lot of my friends and we don’t do dummy cakes and we do some magnificent cakes made of all cake. You should’ve worded it as when you do crazy cakes it’s easier to do dummy cakes.
