I only work with SP companies that pay me same day or next day. Most of them seem to like Zelle for paying which is great for me. My negotiating line for payment is simple. Pay me when the job is completed. And it’s X amount. If I have to wait 30 days it’s this much. And I make sure to really pad the price. Don’t do any work for the state of California unless your ok with getting paid 4-6 months later
