How to wrap bath bombs using Tissue paper/Economical, Easy and Eco-friendly

In this video, I am going to show you how I wrap our bathbombs using tissue paper and masking tape. I use these materials because they are economical, easy to use and they are eco-friendly but they are not cheap-looking. Our customers love how they are wrapped.

I've used coffee filters before, but I luv this idea! Its perfect looking and you could easily put a sticker with info over the tape, or even a and wrapper and would still look great! I bet your saving so much money, as opposed to me who purchases biodegradable shrink wrap, ( I wanted to stay economical friendly, but I like your idea, I think if I do sets or something I may try something similar to this if thats ok? ) Don't get me wrong lovemy shrink-wrap because I'm always worried about moisture getting to them, but I think if put in Tupperware they may be ok is that how you store yours? Or how do you?, great info BTW and your bomb are cute too!

Hello. Of course you can wrap your bath bombs the same way. I don't mind. I store them in boxes. But most of the time, we ship them right away because I just usually make bathbombs when we have orders. I am not a full-time bath bomb maker. But during holidays like Christmas and Valentine's day, I anticipate that we have a lot of orders so I am making more bath bombs during those times. These ones on the video were orders last Valentine's day.

Does this protect them enough from activating in humid weather?

I believe yes. We haven't had orders for a month and just today we got 5 orders. I still have those bathbombs on the videos. I made them two months ago. Surprisingly, they still smell great and they are still solid and rock hard. The weather temperature where we live in Northern California is now 78-84. I keep the bath bombs in boxes.

Does it matter if the bathbomb is not sealed. Will it lose its scent or dry out?

The scent lasts for up to 5 months. But better use within 3 months

What about shipping them in a box? What if the box gets wet? How will this protect them from exposure to water?

Hello. I haven't thought about that, but now that you asked,I consider it as one of the risks, but so far we haven't received any complaints. That means that there was no problem with the bath bombs getting wet or something.

Doesn't the tissue paper pull the oils out and get oil stains ? i love this but tissue paper is so delicate how do you not tear it ?

Hello. No. It doesn't because the bathbombs are already dry and hard when I wrap them. I wrap them the next day after I made them. And there's only a few time that i tear the paper. 1 in 100. Maybe it's just a matter of practice. I have mastered doing it already.

Hi there! It looks so pretty, I'll definitely try it out! A question though. Tissues seem a little too soft and weak for me, I'd prefer something a bit thicker. Do you think this technique would work with crepe paper or wax paper as well? Be honest, please :)

This tissue paper is stronger than crepe paper. I am not sure about wax paper as I am not sure I have seen one before

No issue on oil seeping through the tissue. The bath bombs are hard and dry. But losing scent, they do after three months. I don't make a lot for stock.

The ine I bought at Walmart is HALLMARK TISSUE PAPIER DE SOIE. You can also find tissue paper wrapper on Amazon. I don't remember the name of the one I bought on Amazon last time but I am sure if you type white tissue paper wrapper, you can find one.

Hello April. I apologize for the late response. I am using 19.75 × 20 inches. I cut one tissue paper into 9 pieces as you can see on the video and the size of our bath bombs is 6.5 cm.

Maybe. Just find the ones that are easier to use but don't tear easily.

If it does not work for you, I understand. This is just my unique way of wrapping my bathbombs because I don't want to use plastic wrap. I just find it prettier. Also it is easier to unwrap. A lot of bath bomb sellers are using plastic wrap. I just want to be different.
