What do one do if one doesn't have a lot of features? How should the place you rented advertise having only two plates, or not having a coffee pot or machine?

Get a coffee pot it only cost $10 bucks filters $4 can of coffee $5 so for about $20 you can enhance a listing by stating perfect couples retreat use words like cozy or intimate. No need to get dressed and go wait in line for a cup of coffee enjoy a cup right on the balcony while basking in the beauty of the sunrise over the mountains

Well you have to manage expectations, or you'll get bad reviews. So if your place is sparse and has no stuff, you can either 1.) Let them know this is for "budget" travelers not expecting much. 2.) Let them know it doesn't have all this stuff so they DON'T EXPECT all that stuff to be there. 3.) Buy that stuff and include it in your property.
