Those are great tips, I like that you state about spelling, which had me think that is fine what about the following which are both spelt correctly depending on the country that you are from. Cheque and Check. The first being Cheque, the British Canadian and French spelling and the second Check, being the American spelling. Though please do spell check a word no matter which country you are from when writing in English and that is not your native tongue get someone that is versed in that language to check for errors in spelling, as even some spell check namely Grammarly is often wrong. Another issue with spelling is the use of Center and Centre, again both of these are spelt correctly one British and the other American. Provided a spelling is both correct in the English of American or British or any other English speaking country then go ahead and use it, just make sure to check either spelling is correct before making a mistake.
