Hi, thank u for the vid. I have a concern about the word limit of 30 for each point. I thought it means 30 words all in all. A friend told me I might get a minus point when I write more than 30 words. Is that true?

nice explanation but i think u have 2 mistakes- first u wrote ES insted of sie as a refering pronoun which is wrong- second in the end u wrote bitte anwortet mir which is wrong since u r talking to one friend chris so why did u use the plural form ihr?

There is nothing wrong. 'Es' means 'It' in German and here it is used for the apartment (not for the person). 'Bitte antwortet mir' is also correct. 'Mir' means 'me' and it is not the plural form.

@@GyanplatzforGermanBeginners u misunderstood me--the first problem is wohnung takes Die so when u use pronoun of it u should say sie not Es cz es for the neutral nouns that takes das.. in the 2nd mistake the plural form is anwortET which is used with IHR (you in plural) but u used it when u r talking to a single person (CHRIS) SO the mistake is in the ending of the verb ANWORT not in MIR cz i know that mir mean me in dativ
