@ZL1LoVeR I think that was definitely the stronger of the 2 breakdowns. That last one was rushed lmao. The last build, breakdown and double kick part were all one take so I had to do what I could with it haha

Yeah I kinda like it too. I’ve gotten really used to programming drums but hearing the looseness in it and the inconsistencies is pretty enjoyable I gotta say. I just gotta work on my drum fills hahaha. Thanks for watching !

Programming drums or how you export them to be gain staged or gain staged before export etc. and then how you set your levels and settings to prevent clipping and how you bus your mixes and master chain and all that useful information. I think You could do a couple of videos with these parameters that would help a ton of us producers!

That YESSSS BROTHER part was killer 🤘So incredible to watch you do that in such a short amount of time. I can't focus for more than a half hour on trying to write something lol And was going to drop this comment on one of your other videos but I've been playing around with the Aurora Absylon plugin and having fun blending it with the Otto II II II II, thought you might want to check it out too. It sounds great with my Bass VI and 8 string 👍

@@NormanTiner Many at once. 8 actually. 2 are going through my UAD apollo 8 and 6 are going through a focusrite scarlett octo pre. so same conversion as yours. The only drums I have going through the UAD are the overheads

What interface do you use to record drums? I would love to mic up my acoustic kit but I only have a Scarlett 2i2 and I use a Roland td17 to control P IV. I would need like at least 8 inputs for a full acoustic kit right?

I would say at least 8. That’s how many I’m using now. I use a UAD Apollo 8 and a Scarlett Octo pre. Though to be fair, 6 out of 8 channels are from the octopre. If you were to get one and use an ADAT cable to link the 2 interfaces you’d be good. And I got mine used for insanely cheap. Like 200 cad
