Thank you for these inputs. It is at 2am for me so i most likely will need to watch later, i just wanted to say thank you. Just getting back exhibiting after a long hiatus due to homelessness , am really struggling to recall dates etc ... dont want to put nothing as was having both group and solo exhibitions prior to being homeless, but the trauma of that means I cant piece together the time frames for when I did what. I just submitted a bio with some work heading off and was so ashamed of it. Really struggled with big gaps in my memory. Not good.

oh my god I just finished this (bought the template, filled it out, used chat gtp) and it turned out SO GOOD!!!! the first version made me sound like famous artist so i added the prompt "rewrite it again but so it sounds more like an emerging artist" and what came out was PERFECT!!!!! AMAZING! i need to try to use this concept for an artist statement, do you have a video on that too? Thanks SO Much I can't believe I have such a great artist CV and BIO now!!!!

Hi Julien. I have a question. In some of your previous videos you mentioned that we should not sell our art on the online marketplaces because we would appear unprofessional. Especially if we provide the price of our art. However you also have a profile on Artsy and we can find your art there with the prices. This confuses me. Please can you explain why do you have an Artsy profile if you teach us not to have one? Thank you, David

Hi David, thank you for your question. Artsy is a dealer-oriented marketplace where all good to top-notch art galleries sell the work of the artist they represent. You cannot upload your work yourself and they are very selective which galleries they accept. So this is actually good for your credibility because it shows you have good representation. That's entirely up to you. Personally, I will not use AI for my own biography, because I love to write and believe I do a good job. However, for those who have some trouble writing such a text, ChatGPT can be a great solution when using the right prompt. Nevertheless, thank you for tuning in!

However, no-one should be bound to preconceived requirements to ideas even in the writing there of. Go break some silly rules people. Being a professional artist is not the right way to draw up documents. Being a professional artist means having academic skills, your own voice, the ability to express it, a broad outlook, idealism, creativity. If this is not the case, no properly executed documents will help.
