Another educative video. A good motivation letter should have a structure. An introduction, a body and a conclusion. Begin by introducing yourself, name academic background and work. Also state your motivation for the letter. In the body, you should expantiate on your your motivations for the letter and give practical examples. Lastly, explain how the opportunity will impact yourself and your society. Also state your plans for the future. If you can fit this into a page, you have good Motivation Letter.

You don't need it in the Ausländerbehorde if you're already in Germany but you need to write the motivation letter to the work place
