Then you won't have this problem, as your boss is a man of culture who clearly isn't an atavistic throwback to Australopithecus and similar apelike pre-humans with barely a third of the cranial space of a normal human, nor the recipient of a hastily performed lobotomy done by a medical school dropout drunk on bathtub moonshine with the rusty claw end of his grandfather's hammer, and will thus understand the difference between affect and effect.

6:29 I love the attention to detail. Malware in the 90s and early 2000s used to have the .TXT.vbs extensions because Windows would hide vbs extensions by default. So the user would see it as a text file, but it would execute as a Visual Basic script. Malware also commonly spread through mass emails such as the ILOVEYOU virus, which worked just like the malware in this video.

At 3:10, Smithers himself uses the word "EFFECTS" incorrectly in "Negatively EFFECTS Smithers" (I'm probably not the first to point this out). It should be "AFFECTS" because it's used as a verb -- same as "Dildo up ass AFFECTS Nimesh" (which is correct). Here's a sample replacement: "This has a negative EFFECT on Smithers". Glad to be of help!

You know your email is truly well written when you get an invitation to your boss' office as a response. That's when they want to hear more in person and are almost ready to promote you. Another good indicator is if you get a simple "???". It means they want to know more about what you're saying because it's just so good. Usage of daring language is important as well to let the higher-ups notice your potential, as it is a way to show you're ready to take initiative.

This reminds me of something I've done numerous times before. If I'm angry at somebody at work and I'm sending an email communication, I write it out exactly how I want to say to get it off my chest, and then go back through it and edit it to a work appropriate message. It's therapeutic, but be warned, you need to make sure you don't hit 'send' on accident in it's honest form.

You’re not supposed to actually follow these instructions you doofus. If you can’t tell this is satire then how did the government let you buy a computer? The inanity of commoners never fails to let me down. I live each day wondering why I’m here… just to suffer? Can someone make me a snackie-poo?

So, the revised mission statement reads: "It's our mission to effectively revolutionize how you do business on a global scale." It's like saying we're not just here to tug at your heartstrings; we're here to pull the levers of change. And maybe still make you go 'aww' occasionally.

I agree with you sir. To accept management living in their bubble and abuse their power to make an apparently factual wrong point of an completely flawless performance is an issue in the 90 but still will keep on going in the 2020s which I’m afraid. However you proofed your point and stand your ground which is an inspiration to the working class. Don’t change the player, change the game - I salute to you, Mr. O’Neal and keep this channel up going inspiring us with your wisdom!

I remember I opened one of these when I was about 10 or 11 on a Windows 95 PC trusting someone on AOL and nuked my system folder. Never made the mistake of opening files from someone I didn't know or trust again.

Dear Mr. O'Neil I was impressed by your mature approach to dealing with unruly, poorly educated bosses. Language is too important to be bastardised by arrogant 'superiors' so it's good to see a man of your stature setting the world right, one crappy workplace at a time. The hassle men like us deal with on a day-to-day basis would make a harridan like Janice's divorce proceedings seem like a walk in the proverbial park, but you won't see us winning any awards! Congratulations and a salute from me to you, good sir. So few adhere to the tenants of proper spelling and word usage With kind regards, Baines McArthur.
