Your idea must be clear and tested. Every book should have one idea. It may have sub idea that has a main idea You must research your idea - read other people's ideas on the idea. Expand you perspective by research Gravity, history, validity, Nothing new under the sun What to write? 1. passion 2. Experience 3. Revelation 4.Obligation 5. Convictions When to write? 1. When there is a demand for your idea 2. When you are competent in your idea - your spin on it 3. Write when you have tested your idea. 4. Write when you have proven your idea. How to write? 1. You must conceive the idea - pregnant 2. The idea is complete before you start writing. A picture of the book 3. Write an outline - Progression of idea, examples, developing idea, 4. Complete research - be a reader before writer 5. Use examples - people love stories 6. The stories are relevant in every context not specific to culture 7.Record content/write the content - a public speaker, teach in a series pattern 8. Create manuscript ,review for grammar, keep your style, have endorsements 9. Summit manuscript 10: Publishers take recommendations a. Submit Title/Sub title b .Pray Talk about your ideas publicly. Publishing Nobody knows you Nobody know where you are coming from Accept yourself as a writer ID appropriate publishing companies - one near you

Wow! I am going through a very oppressing experience in my life which I have endured for over 4 years now. I'm one of those people who stood by and watched it happen to others but didn't say a word for fear I'd be the next target. And as I did, so did others, who flat out knew how wrong it was but was in the same boat as me, keep quiet, you need your job, you support your family, keep out of it. But when it happens to you, and your colleagues are too afraid to help, won't write statements to back you up, suddenly don't know you except in private, you reap the silence and avoidance that you too were a part of. And yes, it is workplace harassment and bullying. I won't say what profession it is, but I will finally be done with it in a couple of months.I fought and fought, I documented, I stayed out of the limelight, but when they want you gone, you're gone. For a couple of years, I've toyed with writing a book thinking, "Can I help one person?" Can I bring this to light, a profession where others have no idea of the amount of bullying that goes on? And because of this, our country loses some of the finest every year. Not because we have given up on our passion but because no matter what we do, how fine a worker we are, we will never win because of the good ol boy system, starting at the bottom and ending at the top. Believe me, they will defend their own even if they know the truth. It is covered up and suddenly you disappear without a word. Yes, I have passion, I have the experience, I have the testimony, I know the gravity of devastation it does to us, I have validity and credibility, I just don't have the why. Why officials cover it up. Why lawyers are afraid to get involved. They won't fight this big group. Why NO One will help. Now I will research and I WILL write my book uncovering what is happening to this group of workers every day in our country. And I pray to God I make a difference to those who are still fighting the good fight. I pray that God will help me evoke a change in this system. Being aware is not enough.
