Great Job pavan. I keep my resume always very simple thats how i used to get good number of calls. Your points are well taken hope this helps techies out there to get interviews on table for sure. Yes fancy resumes these days are verh clumsy to read and interprete it looks good for an indvidual but not recruiter ya that 7seconds is all about.

Why does everyone across all social media platforms only talk about software engineers? It's always Do this do that, yeh aur vo if you are a fresher software engineer or want to be a coder etc. Why doesn't anyone talk about non-tech students? In case someone does the video is limited to improving communication skills. Sir I have been following you across platforms for quite some time now. Any comments? (By the way, loving your problem-solving series.)

While it'd be ideal to have answers to those 'X's at 0:14, it is usually not really feasible. The problem most face is in HOW to obtain those metrics exactly, which are mostly know to the end client and not necessarily disclosed to the employee. The employee could have saved hundreds of millions of dollars without even realizing it. This is why I think the "quantification" is overhyped, It might be better to look at what the employee actually performed, and perhaps if it led to a successful result

You are right. And that is the reason why you can quantify the impact in multiple ways. Not just $$ it is upto us to get those numbers. Agree "How" is the difficult part?

I am a lead software engineer with 20 years experience in 5 different companies. What should be the ideal length of the resume. If I write about every project, it becomes 6 page long which seems to be very lengthy. Your thought on this?

Please do some research before promoting any sponsor that is willing to pay you. It's saddening to see no sense of responsibility and promoting 3rd grade business. Beam Jobs resume format is absolute trash once we download.

The format which shows in the website is different when I download the pdf with numerous format mistakes.

What is the format mistake? Are you sure you are getting the page end correct? That is the only thing and they already denoted the divider. So you need to check it. What else is the mistake you found? - Also, their customer support is good. Did you talk to them? - If you have got the pro version - let me know. I can connect you with their customer support head. Freshers can't get hired in India said a HR of Accenture over a call. She said we are living in a overcrowded job market and freshers will be the last option. Even experienced people are willing to work for 3lpa. There is simply no alternative. Unfortunate truth.
