Usually, when we do the statistical analysis we set the significance level at 0.05. If P-value we get lesser than 0.05, then we can reject null Hypothesis and accept alternative hypothesis (i.e., data is significantly different). In your case, p is 0.078, which is higher then significance level, your data fails to regect null hypothesis. Your data is statistically not significant.

If you have done two-way ANOVA, than you can use small alphabets (a,b,c ...) as superscripts to represent significant differences row-wise. And capital alphabets (A, B, C ....) as superscripts to represent significant differences Column-wise.

Here we have only two columns so, we can only use two alphabets (a, b) for superscript. Why are you thinking about 'c' ?

Yes, it can be done with 2 treatments as well. If there will be significant difference between them, then the superscript letter will be a & b.
