How to apply the superscript letter in the analysis of "two-way" ANOVA results?
@LearnwithDr_Mani15 күн бұрын
If you have done two-way ANOVA, than you can use small alphabets (a,b,c ...) as superscripts to represent significant differences row-wise. And capital alphabets (A, B, C ....) as superscripts to represent significant differences Column-wise.

Great explanation. Can you share the information on how to do the conversion if we get the data in microvolts (uV) instead of mW/mg..?
@LearnwithDr_ManiАй бұрын
Hello Raju When we do DSC, the software gives results in terms of mW/mg which is species energy input per unit time (energy flow). But if you are getting mv as signal output from the DSC instrument, typically corresponding to the voltage change as the sample is heated or cooled. To convert from mV to mW, you need to know the calibration factor of your DSC instrument, which relates voltage to power. And then calculate as follow: step - 1 Voltage mV power mW = ----------------------------------------- calibration factor mV mW Step - 2 After obtaining power in mW, divide by the sample mass in mg to get mW/mg

Hi, sir; I really appreciate your effort in making this video. I have one small question regarding cold crystallization; I still need clarification. When a sample undergoes a cooling process during DSC analysis, it will have an exothermic reaction (releasing heat), giving us the delta Hc. It is being heated, reaching the point where melting happens, and is called Tm. However, what does cold crystallization mean?
@LearnwithDr_ManiАй бұрын
Cold crystallization, occurs when a polymer is reheated after being cooled below its glass transition temperature (Tg) but before it reaches its melting temperature (Tm). In this scenario, the polymer's molecular chains, previously in a disordered amorphous state, gain mobility upon heating. This increased mobility allows for further molecular orientation and the formation of new crystalline structures, resulting in another exothermic peak on the DSC curve on other hand, hot crystallization occurs when a polymer transitions from a molten state to a crystalline state as it cools down.

hi sir why we need to click Duncan with LSD all together?
@LearnwithDr_Mani5 ай бұрын
Very good question Mrs. Nandra Post Hoc test we perform to see which are groups or sets of data have significant difference. LSD & Duncan etc. type post Hoc text we do when our data fulfil homogeneity of variance condition. So, we use LSD test and it work on t-test for pairwise comparison. LSD is only suitable when we have three repeated measure, else it leads to Type 1 error. Along with LSD we do Duncan test, because it is an alternative to LSD, it requires larger difference between group means to detect significant difference.

What does the significant value of 0.078 mean?
@LearnwithDr_Mani5 ай бұрын
Usually, when we do the statistical analysis we set the significance level at 0.05. If P-value we get lesser than 0.05, then we can reject null Hypothesis and accept alternative hypothesis (i.e., data is significantly different). In your case, p is 0.078, which is higher then significance level, your data fails to regect null hypothesis. Your data is statistically not significant.
