Hello ! I've noticed you saying to include things that are unique to us in our personal statements. I was wondering if being an international student is something that I should go on about in my PS such as why I came here to the US instead of studying back in my country. Or explaining the reasons behind my withdrawal courses are adequate and/or ones that ought to be included?

U dont need to explain about withdrawals in your essay unless u have a lot of them. Definitely talk about being international if it has shaped who u are today

My question is: what is an acceptable way to explain my seed. I understand to make it personal, don’t sugarcoating with fancy big words. Be authentic. And be honest. What if I was influenced by a vain emotions? Like “ I like to feel like the hero and that my actions are appreciated “
