Dear Partha Mukherjee, Yes, US universities are very expensive. Unless you can obtain funding, it is very difficult to obtain the amount of money required to go through graduate programs. There are no monetary exceptions for students of any country, rather the fees are doubled for international students (unless the student is funded). Hope it helps!

Dear Md. Ibrahim Patwary, A well reputed international university will always require IELTS / TOEFL scores. Additionally, for US universities, GRE scores are crucial as well. So, in answer to your question, it is very unlikely that you will be able to complete your admission without at least an IELTS / TOEFL score. Having a GRE score is recommended. Hope it helps!
