Dear Fyaz Sadiq , An excellent question. The Professor will reply to you based on your initial email. And in almost all the cases, he/she will reply to you under the same thread of email. So yes, we recommend all your consequent correspondence stay under the same email heading. Sending a different email with a different heading seems weird and will cause confusion on the side of the faculty. Hope it helps!

Dear Anika Mariyam, It is best to reply them with "Dear Mr. / Dr. X" all the time. However, if you are already a member of their research group for more than 3-4 months, the rest of the interaction is totally up to you! No parameters there! Hope it helps!

Dear Ayaz Habib, We strongly recommend you taking your GRE exams. All "good" universities of the US requires GRE. To our knowledge, for funded / scholarship opportunities, GRE scores become a must, even if the admission criteria may not require it. Hope it helps!

Dear Adnan Md Osman, Like we recommended in this video, it is better to maintain a gap of about 2 to 3 days before emailing professors of the same university. However, you can email multiple professors of various universities at the same time. Let's assume, you are emailing professors of 20 different universities. You have 10 professors listed from each university. So you can email 20 professors in one day. You need 10 days to cover all 200 professors in that way. Giving a gap of 2 to 3 days in between, you'll need about 30 to 40 days for emailing everyone. Hope it answered your question!

Dear Tamim Moontasir, Walaikum Assalam. You may send your documents in both PDF and word format. However, the universities usually have their own set of guidelines regarding the format of the documents. Please go online and check these guidelines before emailing any faculty members. Usually a positive reply will consist of the next steps that you will have to do in order to secure your funding. Asking for the offer letter directly is usually not a polite way to proceed! Please don't do that! It is difficult to generalize what your response will be to a positive reply. Please email us at [e-mail], and our team would be able to assist you more accurately once you do get a positive reply! Hope it helps!

Dear Maisha Mahboob, It is a very good question! For both cases, you can simply email that you are happy to receive their replies, and that you will go ahead and start the admission process (at that university) soon. If there is any particular issue that confused you, you can inquire about it as well. The key, however, is to keep your replies brief! Whether you actually go ahead and start the admission process is up to you. For positive replies, you should definitely go ahead with the admission process! For generic replies, you have to decide for yourself, because chances of funding will be 50:50. Hope it helps!

To the best of our knowledge, this is a good reply - however, the reply is not from someone who can accommodate your funds directly! If the person really does show your profile to the committee, that's good. If not, then this is just false promising. We would recommend not to get your hopes up too much, wait for their email, and in the meantime keep looking for other opportunities. Hope it helps!

Dear Partha Mukherjee, You are looking for your daughter's funding in European countries. Those countries value professional experience very highly. In fact, it is difficult to receive funds in European countries without some level of professional experience. Many of us have either worked or researched (published papers) after our bachelors graduation in order to enhance our profiles for funding in those countries. Why are you considering time after graduation as "wasted"? Please do not put so much pressure on future candidates - it becomes inhumane. Scholarship providers look for matured, all-round candidates for their programs - and most of the time fresh graduates do not make their list due to being relatively inexperienced candidates. Our video on Emailing is focused on those countries which require email contact prior to funding - USA, Australia and Japan. European countries require students to apply to university / scholarship programs directly. No prior emailing required for them. Hope it helps.

Research Proposal is a relatively advanced stage of communication. Attaching your Research Proposal in your first email to Professors will be an over smart move - so we highly recommend that you NOT do that.
