Sounds good. I have a headliner in a smokers car to clean. Is this something you'd recommend to use on the whole headliner or would you suggest something else?

Depending on the level of saturation it may not be cleanable. The concern is also about not damaging or delaminating the headliner. So test a small section first to see how it goes. But if your test goes well, you could proceed with microfiber cloths to hand clean the liner.
