You have to adjust the rear sight for different distances, different height, different pellet everytime. You can not use fix setting for any distances. Just like in scope zero for 30m then for different distances you have to use mildots.

Actually you have to set elevation everytime for different distances, different height of target/person, with different weight of pellet also. As different pellets move with different velocity hence you have to make zero for different pellets. I had made a video set the windage and elevation for different targets and how to improve accuracy of you gun...

It depends on the wind speed to change the windage. In normal condition you do not have to change windage at all.
