As impressive as this scope is for home build, it has many issues from the practical point of view. You would be better off making an open red dot sight to be honest (something like Holosun 510). On the other hand 3D printable SMGs are actually pretty decent, if made well.

Your question is all about the individual focal length of the lens elements. There are several ways to find the focal length. The simplest way is to focus the sharpest image of the sun on a piece of paper until it burn. Then you measure the distance between the centre of the lens and the paper. Another safer way is to get a piece of grounded glass (preferably single sided), or a matted acrylic, or other stuff of similar nature. Place the glass bewteen you eye and the lens. Look through the glass and move the glass back and forth until you get a sharp image of a very far object (kilometers / miles away). The distance between the centre of the lens and the matted side of the glass is the focal length of that particular lens.
