So frustrating to deal with dishonest PMs, movers and city officials! 😡

Thanks for commenting, Tiernan! It really is pretty frustrating. Tonya and Anthony were doing everything correctly and only wanted to add value to the park and community. However most folks were working against them in this situation. Luckily they are still investing and able to help other buyers and sellers in locations that do want them there. We really wanted to tell them all off, however I suppose that would not have really helped anything in the long run. Thanks again for commenting and do not let this situation deter you from moving mobile homes that make sense in the future.

Hey Ben! Thanks for commenting. With all the mobile homes you move, I'm curious if you've ever had any bad experiences on the move, set-up, or permitting?

Thanks so much! Very good point. Even after their loss on this deal and the frustration with dealing with these local idiot bureaucrats and park manager, Tonya and Anthony still have a great attitude and are pushing forward to continue to help more and more sellers and buyers. I recently got a wonderful text message from them about how they were able to change a seller's life by getting them out of a sticky mobile home situation. If we are not out there helping folks, some of these sellers just walk away from their homes or give the properties directly to the park after getting evicted. Great job building your business Megan, keep up the great work!

I was watching your video on pit set for mobile homes, i own my land but mine is built up off the ground, is it possible to put it in a pit foundation if aleady set up? I live in Texas where it rains pretty hard

Thanks for watching! Additionally, thanks for reaching out and connecting. Congratulations with regards to owning your manufactured home and the land it sits on. That is great to hear. My first thought is of the old saying, where there is a will then there is a way. However it certainly would be difficult. You already have the plumbing and electrical connected and trenched which will have to be temporarily removed and then replaced. However with enough time, energy, and money this definitely is possible. The mobile home would likely have to be removed Temporarily and then place back in the current location. If this is a single wide it will certainly be much easier than a double-wide. However, I have a different suggestion if you are looking for the look of a pit set home without digging out a pit. There is a type of vinyl siding that has perforated holes to allow air through. Similar to traditional skirting. Means that you can have the look of vinyl siding all the way down to the ground and still get the benefits of having air travel where the skirting would traditionally be. Let me know if this helps and makes sense. Have any other follow up questions please never hesitate to reach out any time. Keep in touch. All the best.

Very crazy indeed. The nerve and entitlement of some of these park owners and city officials is very upsetting. This happened a little while ago so it is easier to smile and laugh at the stupidity, however very frustrating that it will likely happen to others and these people will manipulate others just like they did Tonya and Anthony.
