Hi Many thanks for your query. Here is the detailed response for your consideration: Traffic Signal Modeling is carried out by traffic engineer. Junction and signal loops are designed by highway designers. Junctions are constructed by Construction Engineers. Traffic Control is managed by Urban traffic control unit in local council offices by traffic engineers. Hope this helps

Terrible brainless robotic audio. Also many technical errors - pedestrian push buttons do NOT use loop detection they use pushbuttons - duh. Also, there is no such thing as a Vortex current - who wrote this script - not a qualified electrical professional.
