This is fake. They put mud or other dirt on it for the video, so when they put it in it makes all the smoke. Regular worn jewlery will not have all that smoke coming off of it. Ultra sonic cleaners can work, but those clips are just for views. The real process doesn't do all that

You can put whatever you want in there, I put plated jewelry and stones they said not to, play around with times, don't let it run the full time, or run it 3x over. Have fun with it!

Actually it is , polish a piece of silver and you'll see exactly why , no matter how shiny and clean it is rub it on a polishing cloth and every single time you're gonna get a black line or black smudge.
