Look at your blood results - look at MCH, MCV & Ferritin! Anemia and low iron can be caused directly by low iron ORRR other types of anemia can be caused by issues with red blood cells - red blood cells need specific B vitamins and minerals to mature and grow to proper size Anemia can be low iron or low B vitamins or low minerals or all of them So figure out if the problem is low iron (low ferritin) or a B vitamin & mineral deficiency (low MCV and low MCH)
