Rest in peace ken, I remember being so fascinated watching his original gymkhana videos and loved them ever since.

Gotta say, seeing an OG Integra on the yard gives me hope for the future styling of Hondas. Especially with the latest models not being edgy spaceships anymore.

@@darquille Can you explain what you mean by "hey've been getting a lot of their cars back running it sold." it sold? what sold? sorry if English is not your first language, I apologize.

I met him at phoenix airport. Unlike other encounters with celebrity's or pro skaters I have been so fortunate to meet, none come close to my encounter with ken. I think it was the first time I had met someone famous and it made me feel as if school girl seeing the beetles in the 60's. This man has done so much in his life and has blessed so many. He not only created jobs but had sparked the dreams of so many automotive enthusiast around the world. Even if I did not know it then "at the airport" my "Being" knew full well that I was in the presents of a legend. I was then and am now working in IT as a "System engineer" and making good money doing so, I have been blessed, but have come to the realization that IT is not what I want to do for the rest of my life. I had taken the the safe route fearing that working on cars /automotive engineering would not be as fruitful as my IT endeavors. My love for cars has grown inside me even as a young kid. I can do just about anything I want with my knowledge gained from many of the lessons I learned off KZbin and the many channels Ken has inspired. I have tuned my own car 13-BRZ "Reflashed the ECU" and can fix about any issue I face when working on cars/trucks. I have blessed many people with my abilities. I do not have any formal education beyond an "AA in computer sciences/Network administration". My love of automotive sports and engineering have really made me rethink my life and what it means to truly be happy in ones profession. Me and my wife had agreed that I will be going back to school so I can work on an automotive degree. I would love to work on cars as well as their computer systems. The funny thing is we "Me and my Wife" made this dissention well before Kens tragic end. I will be starting classes feb-20-2023. I know it will not be easy, as I work a full time job 8-5pm and then be in school at 6-9PM while my wife is finishing nursing school. At least I will one day be doing what I love and hopefully honoring Kens memory in the process. Even in his death he will live on in the hearts and memories of those he has touched. I will pray for his family and friends that they see how much he has meant to people like me. I'm sure losing him as a father, husband, and friend must be hard, but just remember you are not alone. His work and his legacy will live on. "Heroes Get Remembered, but Legends Never Die. Follow Your Heart, Kid, and You'll Never Go Wrong. -The Sandlot" - Nathan
