Here is my theory if im guessing : Back when the day, when Groovy doesn't know how to use Roblox Studio, Someone is creating roblox games. Groovy was thinking, what if he created one? The part where he started was opening Roblox Studio. Then, he created one game before the publish. After a few moments of searching, He found a model named NPC. It looks more fit to him so he uses it. And well, he doesn't know how to code so he tried to hire someone that knows coding but its very hard doing job as developer until he found a perfect game code developer. He decided that he needs some help after publishing. Now this is part where TangoMangle and aswdz became popular. The game looks cool to them so they wanted to join him. They gave him an introduction same as groovy and this is how they exist in the game. Anyways after that, the game was started doing well. Well not until The Game Coder started doing something misterious that makes Carl cannot pick up the gun to make it interesting and well that's how Carl The NPC was exist.(The Old NPC was probably still there)
