Hi Kimberly, I currently winter over in Trails West Park for the past 2 years. My wife and I would like to find a home to get away from the high lot rent. We really like the Green Valley/Sauharita area most. I would like to either find a home or preferably find a home or lot for a manufactured home to placed on. Looking at $200,000 & under. Is their issues with drilling a well for water I should be aware of?
