For UVE what is your opinion of the $100 million long term debt they took out in 2021? Management said it was to take advantage of growth opportunities but it seems more like rhey needed the money.

I'm extremely wary of insurance companies because most of them own a lot of bonds which are currently in an obvious bubble. Inflation is 5% but investment grade corporate bonds are under 1% YTM. E.g., the Berkshire Mar2026 issue has a YTM of 0.9%. That valuation is indefensible even if the default risk is exactly zero. I just sold all of my ANAT at a hair under 173 for a profit of $102/share.

Hi I have a question, I have herd that insurance companies won't pay your mortgage if you've died of vaccine related injuries also its the same with employers insurance companies. Can anyone clarify this? Thanks
