You should have a form of payment on file so you auto bill them
@TheSamuelDarby
@TheSamuelDarby Жыл бұрын
Take a deposit, have them fill out the tracking sheet daily. IF they stop, pause lead flow. Then bill them weekly based on sat appointments from the report. There is always risks but the rewards are so much higher. Also start slow and build up to limit risk until there's mutual trust between you and the client.

@@TheSamuelDarbyHey my man, if I bring my client (it can be any niche) six figure income in one month with Facebook advertising and they have to pay the ad spend, can I charge them 15% of their profit?

@@theMahmudHsan For sure. I'd usually say anywhere from 10-20% of revenue including ad spend depending on the niche and their margins / costs.

Hey Samuel, great video mate! Two questions: How do you track the bookings that take place(is the owner the one that has to fill the google sheet)? And why do you make a PPA model and not a pay per sale, easier to track pay per appointment?

sorry to be late, so the client will usually update the google sheets so it's a trust based relationship, and regarding the pay per sale, it would be easier to onboard clients with that offer but harder to deliver, because you also have to do the selling part and also bigger businesses usually have already their own sales deps

Hey man, if you don’t mind me asking a question. So I’m trying to start an agency, it seems I’m moving in the right direction but what I’m stuck on is the constant back and fourth of one person saying to do this and another person saying not to do that. So I think it’ll be really helpful if you do kinda a step-by-step on what’s needed to start off, like domain, emails, LLCs. Something kinda like “this is what you need to be doing or have, to get your agency started” I feel like I’m asking for too much but I know this is where a lot of people struggle

Hi mate, great video. I was wondering one thing. You say you’re in the home improvement niche. Do you have a specific trade within the home improvement industry that you work with? Or do you work with as many as you can?

Hey, do you run an offer in your ads to get the leads? and what kind of offer is it ? So In this framework, you are generating general Leads independent from any home improvement business. But how do you ensure, that the leads are going to get the offer (discount, bonus) that you are advertising ? Do you sell the leads, and communicate the offer ? Or is the offer just a bait, that the lead doesn’t really get in the end ?
@Mikylor

It would be awesome if you could upload those Excel files on Google drive so we could possibly analyze them. If not I would totally understand! Also, there is a common question in the comment section which is pretty much important. How much would you charge per appointment and how do you track your appts and sales? is it only trust? In one of your excel file, you usually add a lot of details on why the lead didn't end up buying, I was wondering if your client give you this information or again there is a specific software that you share with your clients where both of yall can fill up a sheet just like your excel files? Lots of questions, You're already giving a lot of information there but I still hope you'll be able to answer. Mike

Just a quick question, how do you know what number of appointments did they set? You mention that if they set 10 and only 6 happen you get paid for 6, is that based on trust relationship with you and your client or you follow up ?

Would it be possible to do a pay per sale offer instead of a pay per appointment offer , in which you'd take a percentage on every sale your client does through the ads you run for them ?
@jordiconstan
@jordiconstan Жыл бұрын
It would be possible, but the main issue with this model is that your client can lie to you about the amount of sales closed. This guarentees you get paid by your results while getting track of them.

Nice, but wouldnt your revenue now heavily rely on their sales team performance? Do use this strategy your own money are at risk, i could generate 100 of leads but if they can’t close them i dont get payed. Thoughts on that? Being more selective with what type of business to use this model on etc
@Drowble
@Drowble Жыл бұрын
The way I understood it was you are billing for the leads not the actual sold. So if the sales team get an appointment, that's when you bill them. That's why he had 160 billable bookings but the company only actually "sold" 31.

Hi Sam, can I ask why you are setting up a 1 on 1 call for £200 per call, but you're turning over so much profit every month? Surely your time would be better spent on your business which if you make as much as you claim, is much more lucrative than 10 x 1 on 1 calls. I don't quite understand why people give away such valuable tips for so little!
