So I have a personal story to share with you guys. When I first started out training back in 2012, I fractured my ankle in two places. Mainly because I was a kid who had no idea what he was doing or how to train safely. By the time I’d had my plates removed, I’d suffered multiple infections to the lateral side of my leg, and I was told by my Orthopaedic Surgeon that after battling it for almost 3 months, they were beginning to consider amputation. Whilst in hospital, watching your videos was my escape from reality. I was finally given the all clear 3 days before my operation to amputate. Your videos are part of the reason I was inspired to take up Parkour, and you guys continue to inspire me to move till this day. If the rest of you haven’t already seen it, I definitely recommend watching their Summer Extras video from a few years back. It’s my all time favourite video of you guys. It’s everything that is Storror. Congrats on 1 mil, you deserve it. Edit: 9:37 gives me a Nostalgia overload every time without fail.

One of the first ever parkour videos I ever saw was Rooftop Escape POV and it changed the way I looked at the world. I had suddenly inspired me to try to jump, climb and fly. No matter how many times I fell over and failed, tumbled and dizzy, scraped and bruised, I remembered that video I had seen of the three guys flying fearlessly across the rooftops. I remember wanting that, to be like that. That made me get back up. Thank you so much for inspiring me and countless others to change the way we live, work, and play.
