Safety Tip: Let your sister know that she should still be wearing gloves when handling resin until it has completely cured. Better safe then sorry.

It's really interesting to see how they're made. I had no idea it was so many steps. I guess once the moulds are made it's all a bit quicker after that. Can you get the 3D printer from the start to print anything like the resin? I mean that would make production much faster. Though if it feels plasticy that might not be great.

Yup once I have the moulds it is quicker! The printer also uses resin just a different kind. There are 2 reasons for moulding and changing the resin. 1. Colour choice. The printer resin is severely lacking in colour choice. 2. Durability, the printer resin is less durable so it's not advisable for things that may take a beating like pins. Hence why I use it to make my masters but not the final product. Though if I could just use the printer itd be so much easier 😅
