Awesome to show so much of the ingredients and process. I bought a bottle, and knowing this channel, feared the heat. I was pleasantly surprised by the great flavor up front and the sauce overall! Very complex, but it did wind up getting me with the super hot afterburn. Not sure if its possible, seeing the peppers included, but I'd love a 1/2 or 1/4 spice version of this sauce.

Hi Rob! I just bought a phlizon pl1000 grow light. There is a switch on the side wich controls the intensity of the light (0-100). With 100 being the highest. After the seedlings germinate how bright does the light have to be? When then start getting bigger do I turn down the brightness?

I'm not sure, but it's pretty hot. I don't think anyone would try and say it doesn't have quite a kick. D.J. is going to have it tested and then I'll let you know.

I would say it's hotter than 90+% of the sauces I try. Our goal was to make a very tasty sauce with a real kick, but not the world's hottest. Hope that helps. 😀🌶❤️
