How we milk sample our dairy cow herd

About once a month we do milk samples for our dairy cows. We test for Somatic Cell Count (SCC) which tells us where each individual cow ranks in our herd. Milk quality is very important to us, and keeping our SCC number low helps us meet that goal. Video 14.
