I used to coach my son’s football team with a former Jarhead. There were two things that we taught the kids, outside of football skills. 1. We never said practice makes perfect. Because if you practice the wrong thing you will perfect the wrong thing. Our motto was perfect practice makes perfect. 2. We drilled and drilled and drilled the concept of muscle memory. If you do something long enough it will become automatic. Love your guys channel.

I bought that brand of coffee not too long ago, lol. It's good but super strong!
