I wish to share a revelation I had a year ago. I was saved by the Lord and He had even given me a vision of Him. Half a year later I was experiencing all kinds of spiritual attacks, mostly on my body because I had been dealing with fear in that area due to a few experiences in the past. One day I was experiencing discomfort after a mysterious illness I asked God many times to protect me and my family. I didn't know anything about the warfare part, how to stand in His power etc, but I knew something was off and I needed to somehow fight it. As I actually fell asleep in a chair for 10 minutes, and I usually can't fall asleep during the day, I was awakened by the following thought above all thought: 'The snake in the garden of eden was the mind'. I opened my eyes and kept repeating it not to forget it, and then the rest of this unrolled like a scroll before me: it is through the mind which all of the wrong in our life is given place and is fulfilled even unto death. That last part is still dufficult to process. 'Even unto death' Meaning that even death is somehow a result of mind processes? This might be way out beyond my understanding but I just let that rest and take what I did understand to God. I will be honest, it felt like God reached out and He usually gives me revelations inbetween sleep and waking, all of my life. But I can't know for sure and would never clain 100% sure it was Him, but it sure felt like it. Since then, I stand against the mind quite often in the name of the Lord and am trying to have it work for God and so myself and never against. This is why sitting still (shutting up the mind when I say so) helps me to draw nearer to God and hear Him better. It's like taming a wild horse, the mind needs to be made a servant and know it's place under God's feet even under our own. Any thought which makes it's self greater then God and His word needs to be humbled and needs to make place for His wisdom. There you go! Take this to the Lord, always take your thoughts to the Lord. Indeed take them captive especially when they're leading you down paths further away from the peace and glory of God:)

I was born again on the 18th August 2014 at 10 minutes past 8 in the evening. Before that, I was never knowingly attacked spiritually, but after... most definitely! Well, I have stood firm on God's Word and rejoice in His protection, because it tells me I'm right over the target. When a fellow Christian is attacked in the spirit, I say a prayer for them and if I can, I remind them that the enemy's existence is so threatened he needs to single you out! I'm happy to draw his fire. I keep standing on God's Word and God keeps protecting my loved ones. Ephesians 6:10 to 18 says it perfectly. I think your testimony is awesome 🙏

This exact thing has happened to me over the past year. I was going through a period of depression and anxiety after having been delivered from drug addiction. I began to obsessively seek truth thinking if I found the exact truth it would some how take away my depression. I started looking into preAdamic races and Annunaki and that led me to a bunch of New Age stuff and within just the past few months I was actually saying out loud that Christianity was not the only way to heaven, even saying heaven and hell were not real that Jesus was an ascended master all this stuff that 2 years ago I was saying was ridiculous. I had to really repent and delete every website and channel on my phone and throw away a bunch of stuff. Reasoning will absolutely take you out. I'm so thankful to have fou d your channel yesterday. I bought your book this morning and am already on Chapter 8 and am watching all of your videos. They have really been helping me come back to the truth.

It would be good to share my personal testimony regarding "reasoning in our minds". I was extremely busy, with teaching, church and home, with no xtra help, when I, in desperation, cried out to God for help. Then I got this thought that I should quit teaching and concentrate on home n church. But the thought that came immediately was "God, I had one child and you didn't ask me to quit teaching but now I have 2 children ie I now need more money since I have, not 1 but 2 children. And God said " I wanted to tell you, but you were sooo busy". 30 years down the road, quitting teaching opened the door for me to spend time in learning HIS WORD,taking time to praise N worship HIM, with ALL our needs met N more. HOME in harmony, children grown n well- provided for N peace immeasurable in my heart that I did what was most important then.❤

My granny had some bad knee pain and in my heart l wanted her to have some relief and l asked to help with her load,and for one week granny was able to walk peacefully into the bathroom to shower while my aunt and l had pain in our right knees.(30:15)

We live in an age when there is so much unreasonableness in religion that i think it's too much of a shotgun approach villify reason. We need be very specific with our language. It's not reasoning that is at fault but Human reasoning which negates God of his ability to do what he says explicitly he would do. Behind human reasoning is really fear which leads to doubt which leads to man concocting a plan for himself. However it is shown time and time again that we can reason in a righteous and godly fashion: for example when Abraham reasoned that if God could produce Isaac out of a dead and barren womb he could also raised him from the dead. And if God when david reasoned that if God could give him bravery and skill to fight and conquer a bear and a lion then it is possible to also defeat an overgrown soldier. May God help us to be blessed and balanced is my prayer so we avoid the excesses one way or the other. Blessings ❤!

Reasoning with God, as Peggy specifically said, is quite different to the reasoning she is talking about here, where it's about justifying worldly choices, in ones own mind, given limited human wisdom and runaway imagination! Talking to God and listening to God's wisdom are some of the most wonderful things He has given us in His grace. It is, in fact, the exact opposite of the type of reasoning described in the video. It's basically prayer, and it's what every example of human reasoning, that ends in trouble, could have been instead, and ended in blessing!

Reason can be a great tool against superstition. I doubt God was mistaken when he gave humans the ability to reason. The sin is reasoning without him, without prayer, without inviting the Holy Spirit. But without reason mankind would not have developed the capacity to speak language, to build, to grow, to make civilisations, to rise out of pagan superstitions, to make medicine etc. No way around reason, only through. What you say about muslims is absolutely wrong. Nowhere in the Quran is it said that christians should be done away with. This is a lie. Moreover, nowhere in the bible is it said that we should form a christian religion and turn our back at other faiths. The OT is only pointing out that we have to avoid certain pagan influences. Nowhere is it said we should not learn about the laws of creation. Many things like cellphones, internet, quantum mechanics etc, was occult (hidden) until we found it out and now we can use these tools for good or bad. Most christians use all these things, even internet although it was invented with nefarious intent. To stop and say "stop, no more inventions, no more understanding of natural laws" is phony. Lastly. America was founded by european freemasons. That is as occult as it gets. Still christians choose to live and pay taxes there.

She wasn't in a church. Might also be worth considering that the first people Jesus spoke to after His resurrection were Mary Magdalen and "the other Mary". Jesus said to them: “’Go … to my brothers and tell them, “I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.”‘ (John 20:17). The Apostle Peter said, to women and men, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. ….” (1 Peter 4:10-11).
