The craziest job I ever came across was for a dude whose uncle died in his bed , in his small house , in the middle of summer . He rotted for 5 days. We ended up clearing the the whole house and ripped up the carpet . I will never forget that sopping wet mattress

I believe these guys use a product called Serum CU.. Its an acidic peroxide that is effective. Another similar product out of Michigan called Grease Magic OSR. You're welcome.

We just had our carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer. Hardly got the carpet clean. Our beloved Lab died. He started to urinate in the house. We cleaned the stains up when they happened but it left stains. They were only there about a week and they are still there. I feel bad because we Paid close to over $400 . They didn't clean under some furniture either. It was a waste of money.

Depends on how far the urine penetrates into the carpet. If it went into the padding, yes the smell will come back since it was not flushed out of the pad.
