Thank you for watching @OrientalPearl!! 🙏 Renovating with a baby sure made things a bit slower than we expected not to mention the mountains of paperwork and compliance for the Minpaku Ryokan Hotel License!

I'de like to know how you guys got the wallpaper behind the toilet without removing it. They really put them close to the wall. I'm thinking of just putting shikkui on that back wall on mine

Dang, Yuka really nailed that kitchen work, even removing the cooking stove parts, didn't figure her for such a DIY queen good stuff. Hope to be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor in a year or two max, maybe not for my entire trip but for a while anyway.

impact screwdriver works really well for removing stuck screws without stripping them and you can get a bit for the stripped screws to get them out.

Amazing result. Love your approach to save the original space as much as possible even tatami . ❤ It really makes a huge difference just to refresh the space not necessarily completely remodeling how often people choosing to approach the renovation. Thank you for sharing your experience .❤😊

Turned out very bautiful, despite some blurry moments at the start of the video. But great wave and floor design of the bathroom turned out great.

Isn't there something similar to WD-40 in Japan? It helps to lubricate stuck screws so you can get them out easily. Good work on the whole thing.
