This is such a valuable video. I don't think you realize how helpful this is to someone starting out. At what scale did you hit a point where you on average are able to put less money into the business than you take out?

@@GrumpyOldBricks This is tricky, for us we don’t actively take money out. All funds are reinvested in the business. Instead I am an employee for my business and I get paid a salary. I came to the conclusion that I needed X amount of dollars per week to do this full time, as long as the business was making 5-6 time that amount per week I was comfortable taking a salary. Is it necessary to break down inventory expenses (sets, parts, figures), or that's only if you yourself want to keep track of that data? Also the monthly lot/part count, I have never really paid attention to that, but my goal is also not to grow my store much bigger that it already is, I am just keeping it steady, and I feel like I am where I feel comfortable and where I wanna be sale-income wise etc..
