David, I once worked in a welding machine shop, was the Tool Room person, one of my duties was a minor tool repair person, on carbon brush replacement - I has used a file to reshap carbon brush to fit in communicator! The second suggestion is on Taking glued straps off glass - use a hair dryer to heat up glue on glass - use razor blade to scrape off! My wife and I really appreciate your Vlog - KZbin life journey! We're no longer to do DIY anymore, yet we follow and pray for all who are supporting your family and loved ones' journey!

Thank you so much! I am happy I am not crazy for making the carbon brushes smaller but it definitely worked really good! I worked as Tool repair Specialist for 1 Year during my Engineering Apprenticeship! I didn't even think about heating them up I will try that for the next ones!

Hi thank you for an interesting video, just a tip I´m sure that you already know that the small pipe on lots of wood working tools where the woodshavings and sawdust come out of are for connecting a vacuum cleaner. If the wood have not been cemikaly treted the sawdust and woodshavings workes grear as a mulch to keep vegitables cool in the summer.

Nice work, and if you want it to last longer, make sure that on the bottom part of each window frame you made, before you install it you have the top of the U-profile you made in an angle so rain on the outside and condensation on the inside doesn't stay on top but can run of. I hope you understand what I mean.

you should really consider putting a 45 degree edge with window putty all around the window It gives the water less chance to penetrate the wood, and it flows over the edge easier.... Just saying
@taptapindustries25802 ай бұрын
Or use silicone to make the 45 degree edge. Even quicker, easier amd more water resistant than glazing putty. I would do it after the Timbers have been painted, you could use the same the same colour silicone as the paint. Or use polyeurothane before painting so it is paintable. (Paint won’t stick to silicone) Awesome use of recycled materials!!! 😊
