Grasslands are great places for microphotography. They have lots of insects, small flowers, butterflies, etc. Next time you go to one, maybe you could fill the space in the vlog with that. Just a thought.

Cool tips Randy. Before going, we make a trip to the store and stock up. always bring a cooler stocked with plenty of drinks( mostly water) and a bag full of snacks( chips, jerky,etc). Usually eat out unless camping but bringing stuff limits meal stops and saves time( plus cost)...As you know its not always easy to find a place on the road. My truck( or car) ends up being a mess when I get back. Still haven't figured out why I even wash it before a trip. Cant wait to get back on the road.Once Im closed on the house then its game on for trip planning again. Looking at a few nights overnight to see a few Nevada spots over Spring break the booking for the big summer trip. Also plan on filming this spring for Part 2 of San Diego Bass Fishing...

Glad you got that V8 to cover the veggies. 🌶 🍅 😆👏 We like to hit the grocery store too, and then pack all our lunches for our time in the parks. I recently discovered Whole Foods - have you tried their food section?? Pizza, burrito bar, soup bar... it’s amazing! Not a great savings though. 😉

Nice! Having the right plan for food is a tremendous way to save time and money. I'll keep the eyes open for a Whole Foods - Walmart is everywhere!
